Sub-intervention 1.3.1 of Mission 6, Component of the PNRR aims to extend and standardize at a national level the contents of the digital health documents of the Electronic Health Record (EHR), the related functions and user experience, as well as the feeding and consultation by healthcare professionals. In this context, the project aims to develop and evolve the technical-functional model of the EHR in the context of FSE 2.0 with particular reference to the following lines of intervention:

the development of technical specifications for interoperability between regional EHR systems, through the National Interoperability Infrastructure (INI);

the definition of operational and methodological indications for the semantic interoperability of the EHR contents;

the migration of the current national EHR portal for the purpose of creating the new FSE 2.0 Portal;

the development of specifications for the technical-functional adaptation of the EHR in the FSE 2.0 perspective, in line with the current regulatory provisions;

the technical contribution in specific areas, through participation in specific working groups.
