This edition marked the tenth anniversary of ICAR and was organized by the Rende branch. It was held from September 10 to 12, 2012, in Vibo Valentia at the 501 Hotel. The scientific program of the workshop included invited talks by external speakers, presentations by ICAR researchers, roundtable discussions on various ICT research topics and CNR activities, and an open discussion session on future research themes.

The presentations and discussions aimed to analyze and delve into specific research topics of significant interest to ICAR and CNR, with initial presentations designed to set the stage for discussion and stimulate contributions from the participants. One roundtable was specifically dedicated to the ten-year anniversary of the Institute, focusing on the activities carried out and the results achieved.
