The K4H project aims to develop a platform to collect, organize, and analyze clinical, environmental, social, and lifestyle data of athletes and citizens, highlighting the benefits of sports on physical and mental health. The goal is to create an innovative engine that engages users of all ages, from young people to the elderly, including those with medical conditions, promoting well-being and prevention. The platform will integrate data from IoT devices and e-health sources, facilitating real-time monitoring and remote assistance. This project will address interoperability challenges and aims to develop advanced tools for predictive and personalized medicine, evaluating the effectiveness of socio-welfare interventions.
