The Director of CNR-ICAR, Fabio Martinelli, along with colleagues Alfonso Urso and Giuseppe Manco, is currently engaged in an institutional mission of the CNR in the United Arab Emirates. The delegation, led by the President of CNR, Maria Chiara Carrozza, includes researchers from CNR-IIT and CNR-ISTI, in addition to representatives from CNR-ICAR.
The mission includes a series of meetings and discussions with local scientific institutions.
The first event took place at Khalifa University, featuring a Joint Workshop focused on Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity. The initiative, organized by Professor Ernesto Damiani, Director of the College of Computing and Mathematical Sciences (CCMS), was opened with institutional greetings from Dr. Ebrahim Alhajri, President of Khalifa University, and Maria Chiara Carrozza, President of CNR.
During the event, Fabio Martinelli, Director of ICAR, Alfonso Urso, and Giuseppe Manco presented ICAR’s research and development activities, highlighting key projects and ongoing collaborations.
