PRODE – Quality Dematerialization Process

The objective of the PRODE project is the realization of a new product and a new massive, innovative and “trustworthy” digitization process which, through the services made available by the new product, is able to guarantee compliant digital copies according to the provisions of art. 22 of the Digital Administration Code and to automatically extract useful knowledge from digitized documents.

The proposed process will cover the entire flow of dematerialization of paper documentation of public bodies and private structures, focusing the field of application on health-related documents, but remaining applicable in different contexts, such as that of cultural heritage. The proposed process will allow a significant increase in the quality level with which the information will be digitized, extracted, processed, indexed and stored.

To this end, the project proposes the adoption of Artificial Intelligence techniques, IoT sensors, distributed ledger technologies (blockchain), digital identity systems and quality control technologies, designed to guarantee the realization of a robust and reliable process able to assure the conformity of digital copies to analogue ones.
