The PREcube project has as its object the research, experimentation, and validation at an industrial level of new methods and tools based on innovative ICT (Information and Communications Technology) technologies for the prediction and prevention of clinical pathologies, through the creation of a support system to decisions aimed at creating risk profiles for the onset of neurodegenerative and metabolic diseases and to
the preparation of structured therapeutic paths, also paying attention to the economic-financial profiles. The system that is intended to be created will promote the integration between resources, solutions, and network information technologies applied to health and healthcare, through:
a) the collection, analysis, and reprocessing of data to obtain useful indications in terms of risk prediction and staging of pathologies;
b) the activation of ICT systems to support cooperation between health specialists with the creation of a virtuous network to support the patient, acting directly on the effectiveness and efficiency of care, approached in a multidisciplinary context.
