Antonio Coronato conducts research activities related the following topics and fields of application:

• Study and development of methods and tools for the Human Behavior Analysis with a specific focus on Abnormal Human Behaviors of patients with neurodegenerative diseases (e.g. agitation for patients with Alzheimer, Parkinson or Autism);
• Study and development of methodologies and tools for High-Confidence Medical Software (e.g. Runtime Formal Verification);
• Study and development of methodologies, techniques and tools for Quality Assurance and Risk Management of Medical Software (e.g. Dynamic Probabilistic Risk Analysis techniques);
• Study and development of solutions for Medical Software Certification (e.g. ad-hoc Software Lyfe Cycles)

Antonio Coronato is Co-Editor in chief of the Springer Journal of Reliable Intelligent Environments (http://www.springer.com/computer/hardware/journal/40860).
He is also Associate Editor of IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics and Associate Technical Editor of IEEE Communication Magazine.
