The group also supports the integration of new infrastructure components, defines management and maintenance policies, assesses energy requirements and promotes staff training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Infrastructure Planning and Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This area coordinates the evolution of the infrastructure and the relationship between the resources developed through the different projects. It supports the integration of new systems into the existing environment and plans upgrades according to scientific requirements, available capacity, operational efficiency and energy consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its responsibilities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>planning new computing, storage and networking resources;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>monitoring capacity, utilisation and system performance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>integrating new infrastructure components with existing systems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>defining management, maintenance and operational continuity policies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assessing energy consumption and opportunities for optimisation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coordinating project representatives and infrastructure managers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>promoting technical training and knowledge sharing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns
