The general objective of the project is to access the Big Data Analytics (BDA) market, with particular reference to the vertical market of Prognostics and Predictive Maintenance. To this end, the aim is to realize a prototypical technological infrastructure, named Pro.S.I.T., for the development of prognostics solutions (specific objective). Pro.S.I.T. will be based on both descriptive analysis techniques and inductive Machine Learning techniques for fault prediction and interpretation.

The use of Pro.S.I.T. will allow the activation of a set of commercial operations aimed at acquiring customers primarily operating in the production of transport vehicles (see section Expected Results Quantification) and will form the basis for subsequent industrialization actions.
